Teltech Communications, LLC – Advisory Board Members

 

Kelley Church-Bontempo, President and COO and Co-Founder of Teltech Communications, LLC.

Ms. Church-Bontempo brings over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service and sales development to Teltech.  Ms. Church-Bontempo started her telecom sales career in 1996 at a privately held telecommunications company.  Within two years she was promoted to National Sales Manager and was responsible for generating over $15 million in annual sales.  In 1999, Ms. Church-Bontempo co-founded Teltech Communications along with her business partner, Lisa Hanlon.   Over the past 10 years Ms. Church-Bontempo has been instrumental in building Teltech and developing many of the key customer relationships.

Ms. Church-Bontempo’s duties include sales, procurement, sales management, and asset management.  Ms. Church-Bontempo is a proven revenue generating force for Teltech and brings tremendous customer management experience and telecom knowledge to the business.

Ms. Church-Bontempo is also President of the non-profit organization, Friends of the Dance.

 

Lisa Hanlon, Chairman and CEO – Co-Founder of Teltech Communications, LLC.

Ms. Hanlon is a leader in the telecom industry with over 15 years of experience in the field.  She has a solid understanding of the complexities of the telecommunications asset recovery market

Ms. Hanlon is a co-founder of Teltech Communications, a certified Minority Woman Owned Business, whose success is a direct result of the principals on which it was founded — a commitment to superior product knowledge, excellence in customer service, and an unmatched sourcing network to provide cost-effective services and equipment.

Since 1999, Ms. Hanlon has been the face of Teltech within the telecommunications industry and represents the company at both industry and diversity events. She has responsibility for overall business development and the creation of strategic relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and OEM’s.

Ms. Hanlon is a strong believer in giving back to her profession. It this spirit, she serves on the Women’s Leadership Forum and Board of Directors of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.  She is on the Corporate Advisory Board of Women Impacting Public Policy and is a member of the Women President’s Organization.

A passion for helping others led Ms. Hanlon to co-found Women For Wounded Warriors. This non-profit organization provides spouses and family members acting as caregivers of our American Veterans the resources, support and employment opportunities to enhance the healing process and to sustain the family for a wholesome, happy and fulfilling life.

Prior to founding Teltech in September of 1999, Ms. Hanlon studied pre-med at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and the University of Colorado-Boulder.  Ms. Hanlon is a graduate of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program.

 

 Tony Sabatino, Member Advisory Board

Mr. Sabatino has more than 26 years experience in engineering and management, specializing in

telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, business development, construction, radio frequency (RF) engineering, system design, and project management. Currently, Mr. Sabatino acts as an advisor to several wireless carriers on future technologies and advanced wireless services and is a Partner with FlatWireless Telecommunications Services and is active in turn key wireless site deployments.

Prior to the purchase of Alamosa PCS by Sprint Nextel, Mr. Sabatino was Alamosa’s Chief Technology Officer.  He was the national RF Engineering Director and also served in a dual role for new product development for Sprint PCS.

Mr. Sabatino’s professional strengths include excellent technical, communication and presentations skills.  His experience in operations, engineering, business case modeling, mergers, start up initiatives and wireless site deployment of over 20,000 sites and almost 20 switching centers since 1995 has resulted in a proven track record in the telecommunications industry.  He is considered to be one of the top wireless experts in the country.

Mr. Sabatino holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from LaSalle University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Kansas. He has several patents pending, and his most recent patent was issued in May 2004 for an antenna for air‐to‐ground communication (U.S. Patent Number 6,735,438).

 

 G. Danny Wade, Member Advisory Board

Mr. Wade has over 27 years of experience in Telecommunications Operations, Supply Chain, Services and Customer Satisfaction (Quality).   He is experienced in developing and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategies for large scale Telecom businesses, as well as leading high growth Telecom Services businesses with emphasis around Wireless/Wireline Turn-key deployment and engineering activities.   Currently, he acts as an advisor to numerous Telecom Services & Supply Chain companies and is the principal at Wade Consulting.

Prior to creating Wade Consulting, Mr. Wade served as President & COO of Goodman Networks, a private Telecom Services company.  Previously, he was a Senior Vice-President for Alcatel North America overseeing Operations (including Supply Chain), Services and Customer Satisfaction, and served as the Group Vice-President for Alcatel USA – Operations and Supply Chain prior to that.   He also has international experience as Vice President for DSC Communications – European Operations & Operations Engineering activities.

Mr. Wade oversaw the re-engineering of Alcatel North America’s Supply Chain and Operations from a traditional historical in-house supply chain and manufacturing to an outsourced model using strategic relationships with contract manufacturers.  He also assisted in the financial turnaround of a very high growth Telecom Services company.

 Mr. Wade holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Oklahoma and numerous post-graduate courses from the Industrial Engineering curriculum.  Mr. Wade also serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member for the college of Industrial Engineering at The University of Oklahoma.

 

 David Zylka, Member Advisory Board

Mr. Zylka has over 20 years experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry.  He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Academy Telecom a start-up telecom engineering services company specializing in the design, acquisition, construction, operation, and optimization of wireless voice and data networks.

Prior to joining Academy he was the Senior Vice-President of Engineering, Operations & IT for iPCS a Sprint-Nextel affiliate that was acquired by Sprint in December 2009.  He was responsible for the engineering design, acquisition, construction, and operations of CDMA wireless voice and data networks consisting of over 2,000 cell sites and five Nortel switches and was responsible for the evaluation of new technology trends and their impact on business models and practices.

During his tenure at UbiquiTel (another Sprint affiliate) Mr. Zylka developed, executed and managed over $400 Million in CDMA network expansion plans to address customer usage and quality demands resulting in the fastest and most cost effective initial network build-out among the Sprint affiliates.

Mr. Zylka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Golden Gate University.  He served over 12 years as a Communications Officer in the US Army.
